Our story

AGROMENTORIA was established in the year 2020 having as reference the agribusiness experience of its founder, Dr. Marco Antônio Floriano Bittencourt. The company offers the customers all the knowledge it has built up over the last decades, using all necessary administrative resources for business solutions, farm acquisitions, administrative proceedings, litigation, contracts, only when and if necessary, its assistance service specialized in acting in the agribusiness area.

AGROMENTORIA assists the customer in choosing the property, performs the financial, business, judicial and risk analyses until the conclusion of the purchase and possession of the farm.

The company manages the acquisition and assumption of real estate rights through financial, expert, judicial analysis and productive capacity of the property. In addition to the respective analyses, AGROMENTORIA , if necessary, may raise financial resources for the purchases to occur.

It analyzes the possibilities of re-framing rural credit operations to return these resources under the terms of the rural credit manual, confronting the contractual information by analyzing the period in which the resources were taken, the categories of resources that were used, and the rules of the national financial system.

In AGROMENTORIA, the management of liabilities through the guidance of Dr. Marco Antônio Floriano Bittencourt is defined by the result of the financial audit, asset analysis, cash flow, cutting of unnecessary expenses, succession management and organization of the beginning and end time of AGROMENTORIA's activities.

 

Objectives and methodological actions of AGROMENTORIA:

  • aims at connecting the interests of its customers with the management of business strategies, whether for the acquisition of farms, sale of properties, investments, raising financial resources, management and settlement of rural credit liabilities under Dr. Marco Antônio Floriano Bittencourt’s mentorship;

  • consists of guidance from professionals connected online and managed by AGROMENTORIA that compiles the financial and marketing information, enabling the customer to decide the best business strategy to be adopted, always focusing on cost reduction, profit increase and solution in the shortest time;
  • provides support to acquire credit rights of rural properties with a significant decrease of the market price, aiming at the investment through the focus of the financial system, tracing together with the customer the path of the acquisition until the ownership of the farm, besides acting in judicial and administrative auctions and management of farm acquisitions;
  • facilitates customer's access that doesn't need to leave his work environment, optimizing his time and exploring with more information subsidies the business proper. AGROMENTORIA has no border, goes to the customer, is together, participates in the business decisions, outlines the best business strategies and provides the necessary information for the formation of decisions that will determine the new directions of Family, Economic Groups and Agribusiness Companies.
